Copic Marker B23 Phthalo Blue

B23 is a standard medium blue. It is ideal for any project where you need a traditional blue which doesn’t overwhelm the other colors in the project. It can be easy for beginners to go overboard when buying blues, so we recommend buying a full color group— the B-Twenty family is a very versatile choice. B23 is fairly easy to blend and we recommend it in combination with B26 and B28.
